Users have the ability to control devices in a very simple way from any 3NYX® interface. Choosing the desired module icon (on the left side of the screen), the home floor plan will appear with the respective device icons to make the experience extremely easy and intuitive. 3NYX® modules can be acquired separately, making the system completely scalable according to any user need:
 3NYX® Automation
 3NYX® Automation is the module responsible for controlling lights, appliances and shades. It is designed to operate with either wired or wireless sub-systems in the market. Through an extremely intuitive interface, this is possible visualizing the whole house status at once, as well as controlling devices with great effectiveness.
Users can create and edit their own lighting scenes without the need of calling a professional integrator.
On the same way, any scene can be added to a scheduler that will execute it at a given time and desired periodicity (daily, weekly etc.).
Subsystems which are able to forward feedback messages from alarm circuits can take advantage of the "3NYX® E-mail Notification Service", which can send alert messages to home owners by e-mail. Instant captured images can be automatically attached to those messages when the project includes the module "3NYX® Cameras".

 3NYX® Cameras
 Users can monitor their entire home through any 3NYX® interface. They just go to the home floorplan and pick the camera zone they wish to watch, a screen will pop up showing the camera image instantly. Depending on the camera model, users can also perform commands like pan, tilt and zoom as well as activating preset positions.

 3NYX® Convenience
 3NYX® Convenience acts like a universal remote control for audio & video equipments as well as any other device which is controlled by infrared signals, serial port (RS232) or contact closure (electric shades, blackouts, splitter air-conditioners, etc). Any virtual button can activate a sequence of multiple commands, including time pauses. This versatility allows, for example, mixing home theater devices commands with lighting scenes triggers.

 3NYX® Internet
 3NYX® has a proprietary webrowser which allows users to surf the web from any 3NYX® interface using a virtual keyboard. Favorite websites can be saved as well as other basic functionalities mostly used in standard PC web browsers.

 3NYX® Music
 Users can play different music simultaneously throughout the home by choosing the audio zone on the home floor plan. From any 3NYX® interface, it is possible to browse an entire MP3 music collection, create playlists and access hundreds of free internet radio stations.

 3NYX® Multimedia
 Users can distribute audio & video up to six zones from six different sources. With a single touch, the desired zone is set on the home floorplan and the source is chosen through an interface with the same style of the multimedia hardware keypads.

 3NYX® Concierge
 The 3NYX® Concierge module allow users to take advantage of any intranet service available in master-planned communities or condominiums. Residents can request and/or schedule services such as:
 Access to the community calendar of events;
Make reservations for the tennis court and golf course or any other activity that may require a reservation;
Request services such as laundry, cleaning, valet, etc;
Communities connected through 3NYX® Concierge can take advantage of a network, where some selected business, such as local restaurants and Movie Theaters, can supply a differentiated channel for interacting.

 3NYX® Green
 All information about the home energy consumption can be displayed by 3NYX®, including instant consumption, averages (daily/monthly), peaks and much more. Users can also visualize information regarding money spent, as well as the amount of CO2 emitted to the atmosphere when generated the same amount of energy. The consumption is measured directly on the home electrical panel and transmitted wirelessly to the 3NYX® network, with no need of opening walls.

 3NYX® Host
 Any susbsytem which provides web access can be accessible from the module 3NYX® Host. Users can have up to five webpages linked to 3NYX® such as DVRs, Media Servers, Weather Stations etc.
